Cancellations & Refund

Crown Bakery takes the trust that you have placed in us very seriously and has processes in place to ensure that every product shipped from Crown Bakery, pass through stringent quality checks; from the ingredients that go into the products, the mixing process, the baking process, the finishing process and the final packing process. This is to ensure that every product is delivered consistently in all its goodness and freshness; with the same great taste that you have come to expect from us.

However in the eventuality that you are not satisfied, reasonably, you may ask the delivery person to return the product to our shop and claim a refund. We will immediately process your refund when we are reasonably convinced of your claim.

You may also ask for a replacement if you so wish.
