Ottayada

Our special Ottayada is yet another Kerala delicacy that can be served as an evening snack or as part of breakfast and pairs beautifully with tea or coffee. The otta ada is made from premium rice flour, coconut, sugar, salt, coconut milk; wrapped with a banana leaf and coolked over an open flame which gives the ottayada its characteristic very light smokey flavour.
